Return Eligibility

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  3. Shipping the Return:

    • Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include the return authorization slip inside the package.
    • Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
