By submitting a video, photograph, testimonial, or other content (“Submission”) to IRONIK Scrubs, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

Participants must:

Own the rights to the submitted content

2. Content Ownership & License Grant

By submitting content, you grant IRONIK Scrubs perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to:

Use
Edit
Modify
Reproduce
Publish
Distribute
Display

Your Submission for marketing, advertising, promotional, commercial, and website purposes in any media format now known or developed in the future.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Website usage
Social media
Paid advertisements
Email marketing
Print materials

You understand that no additional compensation will be provided beyond any prize awarded.

3. Representation & Warranty

You confirm that:

The content is your original work
You have permission from any individuals appearing in the video
The content does not infringe on any third-party rights

4. Editing Rights

IRONIK Scrubs reserves the right to edit or modify submitted content for length, clarity, formatting, or brand alignment.

5. Prize Selection

Winners are selected at IRONIK’s sole discretion based on creativity, clarity, and brand fit.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated.

6. Publicity Release

By submitting content, you consent to IRONIK Scrubs using your name and possibly professional title for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
